Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “sun in the houses synastry” thing. I’ve been messing around with astrology charts for a while now, mostly just for fun, but I wanted to see if there was anything to this particular aspect.

First, I grabbed my own birth chart and the chart of a… let’s call him “a friend.” I use this online tool, It’s free and pretty easy to use. you just punch in the birth info—date, time, and place—and it spits out the whole chart.
Getting Started
Once I had both charts, I started looking specifically at where my sun falls in his houses, and vice versa. It’s kinda like looking at how our energies interact in different areas of life. The houses represent things like career, relationships, home life, and so on.
House by House
- Sun in the 1st House: I noticed that when someone’s sun is in my first house, I feel like they really “see” me. It’s like they get my personality on a fundamental level.
- Sun in the 4th House: This one felt super comfy. It’s supposed to represent home and family, and I definitely felt a sense of familiarity and ease.
- Sun in the 7th House: This is the house of partnerships, and I could see how this placement could create a strong attraction. It felt like a natural fit.
- Sun in the 10th House: I’ve read this can indicate respect and admiration, especially in a career context. I could see how that might play out.
My Observations
I spent a good few hours going through each house, one by one. I jotted down some notes about how I thought each placement might manifest, based on what I’d read, and then I tried to connect it to my own experiences. I compared how I felt to the meaning of each of houses.
Putting it All Together
Honestly, some of it resonated, and some of it didn’t. Or maybe it’s just too soon to tell. Astrology’s not exactly an exact science, you know? But it was definitely an interesting exercise. It made me think about my relationships in a new way, and that’s always a good thing.
I’m gonna keep playing around with this, maybe look at some other charts and see if the patterns hold up. It’s all a learning process, right?
