Okay, so, I saw this number, 8188, like, everywhere the other day. On license plates, receipts, even the time on my microwave! It was kinda freaky, so I decided to look into this whole “angel number” thing. Figured I’d try to figure out what, if anything, it meant for me.
My 8188 Experiment
First, I googled “angel number 8188 meaning”. Lots of websites popped up, all saying similar stuff. Basically, it’s about abundance, financial breakthroughs, and staying positive. I’m not gonna lie, the “financial breakthroughs” part caught my eye.
I thought the idea about abundance was interesting. Also the parts about taking action and new opportunities. Seemed to be the main gist of what other people thought 8188 represented.
Then, I decided to try and be more aware of any opportunities that came my way. I’m usually pretty passive, you know? Like, I wait for things to happen. But this time, I made a conscious effort to look for possibilities. I even started brainstorming some side hustle ideas. Nothing crazy, just some things I could do online.
- I cleaned up my resume and updated my LinkedIn profile.
- I looked at some freelance job boards, just to see what was out there.
- I even talked to a friend who’s been doing well with her online business.
Honestly, the hardest part was the “staying positive” thing. I’m naturally a bit of a worrier. So, I tried to be more mindful of my thoughts. When I caught myself spiraling into negativity, I would literally stop and tell myself, “Nope, we’re not doing that. Think positive!” It felt kinda silly at first, but it actually helped.
I kept a little journal about the things I did to practice and also things that happened.
I still don’t know.
But you know what? Even if it’s all just coincidence, this whole 8188 thing got me to be more proactive and optimistic. And that’s definitely a good thing. I feel like I’m more open to new possibilities now, and I’m definitely thinking more about my financial future. So, angel number or not, I’m calling it a win!
