Okay, so I kept seeing the number 956 everywhere. Like, everywhere. On license plates, receipts, clocks – you name it. It was starting to freak me out a little, so I decided to do something about it.
My 956 Experiment
First, I Googled “956 angel number” to see if there was any meaning behind it. Turns out, there’s a whole world of numerology out there! I’m not usually one for this kind of stuff, but I was curious.
The internet told me that 956 is about embracing change, letting go of the old, and trusting that new opportunities are coming. Hmm, interesting…
So, I decided to take this as a sign. I started by listing some things in my life I felt were holding me back. You know, old habits, negative thoughts, that kind of thing.
- Procrastinating on my personal projects.
- Worrying too much about what others think.
- Staying in my comfort zone, job-wise.
I did this process: I wrote each of these down on a piece of paper. I visualized myself letting go of them, and I took a few deep breaths. I took them for a long walk and I thought. Sounds corny, I know, but it actually felt pretty good!
Then, I started thinking about the “new opportunities” part. I brainstormed some things I’ve always wanted to try but kept putting off. I thought more like:
- Started learning a new language.
- Reached out to someone I admired for career advice.
- Planned the outline to start my own blog.
It was scary, but I pushed myself to take at least one small step towards each of these. I downloaded a language learning app, I drafted an email to that person, and I did it!
Honestly, I don’t know if it was the “angel number” or just the fact that I paid attention to something and took action, but things started to feel…different. Like, more positive and hopeful. I have been feeling more motivated, and some interesting opportunities even started coming my way.
It’s still early days, but I’m definitely more open to embracing change now. Maybe those numbers were trying to tell me something after all. I kept a journal to log my feelings and actions.
I’m so happy to share this with you all. Hope you can try it.
