Okay, so I’ve been digging into this whole astrology thing, and the “sun in the eleventh house” placement caught my eye. It’s supposed to be about friendships, groups, and your hopes and dreams. I figured, why not see if it actually resonates with my life? I wanted to record what I did.
First, I grabbed my birth chart. There are tons of websites where you can get this done for free; you just need your birth date, time, and location. I plugged in my info and, boom, there it was – my sun, smack-dab in the eleventh house.
What I Did First
- Started Journaling: I’m not usually a journal person, but I thought it’d be good to track how I interact with groups and friends. Do I feel energized or drained? Am I more of a leader or a follower? I just jotted down stuff after social events, nothing fancy.
After a party, I wrote down, “Felt really good connecting with people, shared some ideas, even made a few new contacts for that project I’m working on.” See? Super basic.
- Networking test:I put it to the test, so I went to do networking events in 2 monthes.
I used to avoid them like the plague, but I went to a couple of meetups related to my hobbies (which, for me, is old-school photography). I made an effort to chat with people, not just about the obvious stuff, but about their goals and aspirations, too.
Finding and Reflecting
- Reflected on My Dreams: This was the “hopes and dreams” part of the eleventh house. I spent some time thinking about what I really want to achieve, not just what I think I should want.I even created a simple vision board.
It felt a bit silly at first, cutting out pictures and quotes, but it actually helped me clarify some * is interesting.
After a few weeks of doing this, I started noticing some patterns. I definitely thrive in group settings where there’s a shared purpose. I love bouncing ideas off people and feeling like I’m part of something bigger. The whole “hopes and dreams” thing? Turns out, having that vision board staring me in the face every day actually did motivate me to take some small steps toward my goals.
I’m not saying astrology is magic, but this whole experiment was a cool way to get me thinking about my social life and my aspirations in a new light. It was more about self-reflection than anything else, and it actually helped!
