Okay, so today I decided to dive into my birth chart, focusing on my Aquarius Sun, Libra Moon, and Gemini Rising. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, just to see what it’s all about, you know?
I started by, well, making sure I had the correct birth time. Gotta have that, or the whole rising sign thing is off. I double-checked my birth certificate – thankfully, Mom kept it safe!
Next, I hopped online. Now I went for the basic, to avoid any kind of weird paywalls or anything, It did the trick, I found it spit out a chart for me with all the positions of the planets and stuff.
Then came the real fun – figuring out what it all means. I already knew I was an Aquarius Sun, so I started there. I grabbed my notebook and started jotting down notes. A lot of it was about being independent, innovative, and maybe a little rebellious…yep, sounds like me!
Breaking it Down
- Aquarius Sun: This part felt pretty spot-on. The descriptions about valuing freedom, being a bit quirky, and always thinking about the future – that’s me in a nutshell. I’ve always felt a little different, like I don’t quite fit into the usual boxes.

I also realized how much I love learning new things and switching between different projects. I get bored easily, so that makes sense.
The final thing I try to connect, how these three placements interacted. I spent some time thinking about how my Aquarius Sun’s desire for independence might clash with my Libra Moon’s need for connection. And how my Gemini Rising might make me seem flighty, even if I’m deeply committed to my ideas (Aquarius) and relationships (Libra).
Honestly, the whole process was pretty eye-opening. I wouldn’t say it changed my life or anything, but it gave me some new ways to think about myself and my tendencies. It’s like having a different kind of mirror to look into, one that reflects your inner workings instead of just your appearance.
I’m definitely going to keep exploring this stuff. I might even try to learn more about the other planets in my chart. It’s kind of addictive, in a fun, self-discovery kind of way!
