Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into understanding my astrological chart lately, and I wanted to share my little experiment with combining my Libra Sun and Virgo Rising.
First, I got my full birth chart. You need your exact birth time for this, which I thankfully remembered because of my Mom’s stories.
Knowing I’m a Libra Sun, I already felt that “balance and harmony” vibe, you know? Always trying to keep things chill and fair. But the Virgo Rising… that’s where things got interesting.
I started by listing out what I knew about each sign. Like this:
- Libra Sun: Diplomatic, charming, indecisive, loves beauty, seeks partnership.
- Virgo Rising: Analytical, detail-oriented, practical, critical, service-minded.
Then, I tried to see how these played out in my everyday life. It was like, “Okay, I totally procrastinated on that project because I wanted it to be perfect (Virgo), but then I stressed about upsetting my team (Libra).” See? It’s a constant push and pull!
My Realization
The biggest thing I realized is that I can use these seemingly opposing forces to my advantage. I started to use my Virgo Rising’s analytical skills to break down big decisions into smaller, manageable steps. This helped with that Libra indecisiveness! For example, I was planning a trip, and I just keep going into the details of it. The Libra in me wanted to explore every single option, but the Virgo stepped in and created a spreadsheet to compare costs, pros, and cons. Boom! Decision made.
Also, I’m learning to embrace the Virgo’s critical eye, but not let it turn into self-criticism. I can channel that energy into improving things around me—like, I reorganized my entire workspace, and it seriously boosted my productivity. The Libra in me also appreciated the aesthetic upgrade, hah!
It’s still a work in progress, of course. But I’m finding that understanding these aspects of my personality is super helpful. It’s like having a little instruction manual for myself. I am observing my own daily life, and trying to use both characteristic to help myself!
