So today, I tried something really wild—thumb print astrology. Sounds crazy, right? I’ve always been a bit curious about astrology, but this was something totally new to me. I got my hands on a book, “Astrology for Beginners: An Easy Guide to Understanding and Interpreting Your Chart” by William W. Hewitt. I found this book in my favorite bookstore. Seemed like the perfect place to start.

First thing I did was flip through the book. It looked pretty cool, all these charts and symbols. It talks about the basic ideas of astrology and has some easy definitions. I skimmed through it, trying to get a feel for what I was getting into.
Next, I focused on finding out how to get my birth chart done. The book has an offer for a free birth chart, so I went for it. I sent my birth date, time, and place. I followed the steps in the book, and it was simpler than I thought. After a bit of waiting, there it was—my birth chart!
- Gathering Info: Sent in my birth details for the chart.
- Waiting Game: Had to wait a bit for the chart to be prepared.
- Chart Arrival: Finally got my hands on my personal birth chart.
With my chart in hand, I started digging deeper into the book. It explains all the basics—planets, houses, aspects. I had to read some parts a few times to really get it. I mean, some of this stuff is pretty out there, but it was also super interesting. I started to match up what the book said with the symbols on my chart.
I spent a good chunk of the day going back and forth between the book and my chart. I learned about which planet rules my sign and what that supposedly means about me. It was like putting together a puzzle, a really weird, cosmic puzzle. The book, “Astrology for Beginners,” by David Pond, was a big help. It’s pretty straightforward, which is what I needed.
Getting Deeper
The more I read, the more I started to see patterns. Like, it said certain things about my personality that actually kind of made sense. I’m not saying I suddenly believe in all of this 100%, but it was fun to see the connections. I started to note down some of the insights that I found interesting.
By the end of the day, I felt like I had a basic grasp of what my thumb print—or in this case, my birth chart—says about me. It’s all pretty abstract, but it gave me a new way to think about myself and my life. I wouldn’t say I’m an astrology expert now, but I definitely learned a lot.
So, that was my adventure with thumb print astrology. It was a day full of reading, figuring out charts, and trying to understand some pretty complex stuff. I’m not sure if I’ll keep up with it, but it was a cool experience. If you’re into this kind of thing, maybe give it a shot. Just be ready to dive into a whole new world of stars and planets!
