Then, there are these things called “yogas.” Sounds like the exercise, but it’s not. These are special combinations of planets that can give you clues about your marriage. For example, if the lords of your 5th and 7th houses are together in your chart, it could mean a love marriage. I spent hours trying to figure out who these “lords” were for my chart. Turns out, the lord of my 5th house is Mercury, and the lord of my 7th house is also Mercury – because Gemini rules both. And guess what? Mercury is in my 5th house, hanging out with Venus! I also noticed that the 7th house and its lord were aspecting houses like the 1st, 5th, and 9th, which is also supposed to be a good sign.
Now, here’s where it gets a bit tricky. The notes and the stuff I read also talked about something called “Mahadasha.” It’s like a major planetary period that you go through. If you’re in a good Mahadasha related to your 7th house, that’s supposed to be a good time for marriage. I tried to figure out my current Mahadasha, but honestly, it was a bit confusing. I decided to take a break from that part for now.
So, after all this, what did I actually figure out? Well, it seems like my chart does show some potential for a happy love marriage, especially with Mercury and Venus hanging out in my 5th house. But, I’m no astrologer, so I’m taking it all with a grain of salt. I mean, it’s fun to think about, but I’m not going to make any big life decisions based on this alone. But the way I understood how it works, I confirmed my grandmother’s marriage based on her astrological chart!
