Alright, guys, so the other day I was trying to get my Pokemon cards organized, specifically the Sun and Moon series. I figured, “Hey, wouldn’t it be cool to have a complete list to check against?” So, I started this little project, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey.

First, I grabbed all my Sun and Moon cards. I had them scattered in different boxes and binders, a real mess. It took a good hour just to get them all in one place. Can you relate to this?
Gathering the Data
Next, I needed a reliable list. Initially, I foolishly thought I could just remember all the cards. Nope! That’s where searching things online came in handy, and it was a bit of a headache to decide which source to use.
So, after a long internet searching, I finally chose a website which I think it’s pretty completed, and I started the tedious process of comparing my cards to the online list. I went card by card, set by set. It’s surprisingly easy to miss a card if you’re not careful!
Organizing My Cards
As I went, I also started organizing my cards. I decided to go with set order, then numerical order within each set. This made it way easier to spot what I was missing. I used some dividers in my binder to keep everything neat.
- First I sorted them by set (you know, like “Guardians Rising,” “Burning Shadows,” etc.).
- Then, within each set, I put them in numerical order.
- Promo cards went into a separate section at the back.
The Results
After a few evenings of work (and a couple of near-misses where I almost mixed up sets), I finally had everything * I can easily find the missing cards that I need to get.
This whole process taught me a few things:
- Patience is key. Seriously, don’t rush it.
- Double-check everything. It’s super easy to make mistakes.
- Having a good list to work from is the best choice.
Anyway, that’s my little Sun and Moon card listing adventure. Hope this helps someone out there who’s thinking of doing something similar. Happy collecting!
