Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another one of my little experiments. This time, I tried out something called a “Full Moon Tarot” reading. Sounds a bit mystical, right? Well, let me tell you, it was quite an experience, and I’m here to share every bit of it.

Getting Started
So, first things first, I had to wait for the full moon. I mean, you can’t do a full moon reading without a full moon, can you? Once that big, bright circle was up in the sky, I set the mood. I grabbed my tarot deck – yeah, I have one, don’t judge – and found a quiet spot where I could really soak in that moonlight. I’m not gonna lie, I felt a little silly at first, but hey, gotta commit, right?
The Process
I did some deep breathing like those yoga folks. After I felt all zen, I started shuffling the cards. I was thinking about my life, my goals, all that deep stuff. I used a four-card spread. I had read somewhere that these are great for beginners. It’s got a few different positions for the cards, so it’s not too complicated but still gives you a good feel for how things work.
- Card 1: I laid down the first card, which was supposed to represent something I needed to release. Kind of like letting go of old baggage.
- Card 2: The second one was about what I should embrace. New opportunities, maybe?
- Card 3: This card was all about what’s grounding me, what’s keeping me steady.
- Card 4: And the last one, this was about my inner strengths, what I should be drawing power from.
Flipping each card felt like unwrapping a little mystery. I took my time with each one, just pondering what the symbols and the pictures could mean for me. It’s not like the cards are magic or anything, but they do make you think about things from a different angle.
My Thoughts
Honestly, it was a pretty cool experience. I’m not sure I’d do it every full moon, but it was definitely insightful. The cards I pulled made me reflect on some stuff I hadn’t really thought about before. The whole “releasing” and “embracing” thing got me thinking about what I should be focusing on more in my life.
The card about grounding really hit home. It reminded me that despite all the chaos, I have things and people in my life that keep me sane. And the last card, the one about inner strengths, well, that was a nice little confidence boost.
Wrapping Up
So, that was my full moon tarot adventure. It was a bit out there, even for me, but I’m glad I did it. It’s always good to try new things, right? If you’re looking for a way to spend a full moon night, maybe give this a shot. Worst case, you have a good story to tell. Best case, you learn something new about yourself.
Anyway, that’s all from me for now. Catch you guys in the next one. Peace out!
