Now, I’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch lately. Work’s been stressful, and I’ve been feeling kinda lost and unsure about things. So, the idea of trusting the process really resonated with me. Maybe things are unfolding the way they’re supposed to, and I just need to have faith that it’ll all work out in the end.
I decided to try an experiment. I made a conscious effort to be more mindful of my thoughts and actions. I started paying more attention to the little things and practicing gratitude for what I have.
