So, the other day, I started noticing I was feeling, like, super charged up. Not in a bad way, but just really…amped. It was like I had all this energy bubbling up inside of me, and I didn’t know what to do with it. I did a little digging, and it turns out it was because of this whole “Mars square Sun transit” thing. Apparently, Mars and the Sun were at a 90-degree angle to each other in the sky, and that can stir things up.

I’m not gonna lie, at first, it was kind of overwhelming. I felt this urge to just go, go, go all the time. I was diving headfirst into everything, maybe a little too much, if I am honest. It was like I couldn’t sit still. Like if I had a project at work, I was all over it, trying to do it quickly and efficiently. It worked out pretty well. Or if there was something I wanted to do, I was just doing it, no questions asked. I even started a new workout routine because I felt like I had to do something with all this energy. Honestly, it was kind of awesome, but also a little scary.
- Felt a surge of energy: This was the first sign. I was bouncing off the walls, ready to tackle anything.
- Became more impulsive: I started making decisions on the fly, without overthinking things, that was different than usual.
- Started feeling restless and really wanted to take action: I couldn’t sit still. I had to be doing something, anything, all the time.
- Took on new challenges: I signed up for a new project, started a new workout routine, and even started learning a new language.
But, you know, after a while, I started to figure it out. I realized that this energy wasn’t a bad thing, it was just something I needed to learn how to handle. So, I started trying to use this to my advantage. If I felt that impulsive energy coming on, I’d try to channel it into something productive, like working on a project or doing something creative. Instead of just letting the energy take over, I was trying to be more intentional about it.
Figuring out how to deal with all this energy
It wasn’t always easy. There were definitely times when I felt like I was going to explode if I didn’t do something right that second. But I kept at it, and eventually, I started to get the hang of it. I even started to enjoy it. It was like I had this extra boost of motivation and drive, and I was able to get so much done. I realized I just needed to be more intentional about how I used the extra energy.
Now, looking back, I’m actually kind of grateful for that whole Mars square Sun thing. It was a wild ride, for sure, but it taught me a lot about myself and how to deal with these kinds of intense energy shifts. I learned that it’s okay to be impulsive sometimes, as long as you’re also being mindful and not letting it control you. And, hey, I got a lot of stuff done, so that’s always a plus! It was definitely a learning experience, and I’m curious to see what happens when Mars and the Sun decide to do their little dance again.
