Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “mercury trine sun transit” thing. I’ve been feeling a bit scattered lately, and I heard this transit can be good for clearing your head and getting things done. So, I thought, why not give it a shot?

First, I grabbed my astrology journal and a pen. I always like to jot down my intentions and observations during these things. It helps me stay focused and see if anything actually happens, you know?
Getting Started
I found a quiet spot in my apartment, lit a candle (lavender, my favorite for focus), and took a few deep breaths. I wanted to get into a relaxed, receptive state. Then, I looked up the exact time of the transit for my location. Gotta be precise with this stuff, right?
The Experiment
- Brainstorming: I started by just free-writing in my journal. Anything that came to mind, I wrote it down. Ideas for work, personal projects, even just random thoughts. It felt good to get it all out.
- Planning: After the brain dump, I tried to organize my thoughts a bit. I made a to-do list, prioritizing the things that felt most important. It actually felt easier than usual to decide what to focus on.
- Communication: I also decided to tackle some emails I’d been putting off. Usually, I dread writing emails, but today, the words just seemed to flow. I knocked out a bunch of them in like, half an hour.
- Meditation(Kinda): I did take a short meditation to calm my mind after a day’s work.
The Results (So Far)
Honestly, I felt a lot clearer and more productive than I have in a while. Whether it was the transit, the journaling, or just the act of setting aside some focused time, I don’t know. But I’ll take it! I managed to get a bunch of stuff done, and I feel like I have a better sense of direction now. I will try these steps again tomorrow, maybe.
I’m definitely going to keep an eye on these Mercury transits in the future. It might be a good excuse to have a regular “brain-clearing” day. Anyone else try anything like this? Let me know how it went!
