Okay, so I’ve been digging into astrology lately, trying to understand myself a bit better, you know? And I stumbled upon this whole sun sign, moon sign thing. Turns out, I’m a Sagittarius sun and a Leo moon. Sounds kinda fiery, right?

So, I started by, like, googling everything. Just trying to get a basic grip on what each of these signs even means on their own. Sagittarius, from what I gathered, is all about adventure, freedom, and being super optimistic. They’re the explorers of the zodiac, always looking for the next big thing.
Then I looked up Leo moons. And wow, that’s a whole different vibe. Leo moons apparently crave attention, need to be appreciated, and have this big, warm, generous heart. They’re also supposedly pretty dramatic… which, okay, I can see that in myself sometimes. No shame.
The real interesting part came when I started to see how these two energies combine. It’s like, you’ve got this Sagittarian urge to just roam free and experience everything, but then you’ve got this Leo moon that’s like, “Yeah, but do it in style, and make sure everyone sees how awesome you are.”
- First, I just kinda observed myself for a few days. Like, really paid attention to my reactions and impulses.
- I noticed that I was, planning to go to camping, but I decided I wanted to go in a fancy camping tent instead.
- Then, I started to journal, to see myself to try and catch those Sag/Leo moments in action.
I also spent a lot of time on astrology forums and reading different interpretations of this combo. Some people were saying it’s a recipe for being super self-centered, which, ouch. But others were talking about how it can make you a really inspiring and charismatic leader type.
The Outcome?
Honestly, it’s still a work in progress. I’m definitely not an astrology expert, but I feel like I’m starting to understand myself a little bit better. It explains a lot about why I can be both super independent and also crave validation at the same time. It’s like, I want to go climb a mountain, but I also kinda want everyone to know I climbed it, you know?
I realized that I am always the first to go, and I did it with a smile on my face.
It’s been a fun little self-discovery experiment, and I’m definitely going to keep exploring this whole astrology thing. Maybe next I’ll look into my rising sign… that’s a whole other can of worms, I hear!
