Okay, so I’ve been digging into this whole astrology thing, and I wanted to really get my sun and moon signs. I’m a Sagittarius sun, Pisces moon – sounds kinda wild, right? So here’s how I actually went about understanding what that even means for me.

First, I Started Simple
I’m a Sagittarius, that’s my sun sign. I already knew the basics. I thought: I am adventurous, love to learn new stuff, and I’m pretty independent.
But the “Pisces moon” part? I’m not going to lie, that was a mystery to me. I was like, “Okay, moon… emotions… got it. But Pisces?”
Figuring out my moon sign
- I looked up “Pisces moon traits.” Lots of talk about being sensitive, dreamy, and intuitive. Honestly, it felt a little… soft at first.
- I started noticing. Do I actually feel things more deeply than I let on? Turns out… yeah, I kinda do. I just don’t always show it. Classic Sagittarius move – put on a brave face, right?
- I journaled about it. This was surprisingly helpful. I wrote down times when I felt overwhelmed by emotions, or when I had a strong gut feeling about something. Seeing it on paper made it more real.
Then, combining them…
This is where it got interesting. I realized it’s not about being either Sagittarius or Pisces. It’s about how they blend.
My process went like this:
- Thinking: “Sagittarius wants to explore the world, Pisces wants to explore inner worlds…”
- Connecting: “Wait, I do that! I love traveling, but I also spend a lot of time thinking about, like, the meaning of life.”
- Understanding: “My Sagittarius fire gives me the energy to go after things, and my Pisces moon gives me the emotional depth to, you know, actually feel them.”
My biggest realization is…
It’s okay to be a walking contradiction! I can be optimistic and adventurous (Sagittarius), but also sensitive and intuitive (Pisces). It’s not one or the other – it’s both. And that’s actually pretty cool. I’m still figuring it all out, but this little experiment definitely gave me some food for thought.
