Okay, so yesterday I decided to dive into this whole “Sagittarius Sun, Pisces Rising” thing. I’ve always been super into astrology, but more like, reading my horoscope for fun, you know? Never really tried anything with it.
First, I grabbed my birth chart. I mean, I already knew I was a Sagittarius, obviously. But the rising sign? That’s all about the time you’re born. I dug up my birth certificate – Mom keeps everything! – and plugged all the info into one of those online calculators.
Boom. Pisces Rising. Apparently.
So, what did I do with that? Well, I spent a good chunk of the afternoon reading up on what that combination is supposed to mean. Lots of stuff about being adventurous and optimistic (Sagittarius, check!) but also dreamy and intuitive (Pisces… maybe?). It talked about needing freedom but also craving deep connection. Feeling like you’re always searching for something, but also easily getting lost in your own little world.
Honestly, some of it felt pretty spot on. Some of it, I was like, “Eh, not really me.”
But I figured, why not try to live it a little? See if I could feel it out, you know?
Putting it to test
- So, for the Sagittarius part, I decided to be spontaneous. I just went a walk to the downtown, with no money and any goals, just wondering around.
- The Pisces rising part, though… that was trickier.I ended up just sitting on my couch, listening to some chill music, and trying to, like, feel my intuition. Did I have any profound insights? Not really. But it was nice to just zone out for a bit.
Then my friend called and it ruined all my meditation. LOL!
My big takeaway? It’s fun to think about this stuff. It’s like, a way to reflect on yourself, you know? I don’t know if I’m suddenly going to start making all my decisions based on my astrological chart. But it definitely gave me some things to ponder. And hey, at least I finally figured out what my rising sign is!
