Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “sun in Taurus, moon in Aries” thing. It’s been popping up in my astrology groups, and I figured, why not see what it’s all about, in practice?

First, I grabbed my birth chart. I mean, you can’t really do anything without knowing your own placements, right? Turns out, I am a Taurus sun, Aries moon. Who knew? I always just thought of myself as a stubborn Taurus, but maybe there’s more to it.
Next, I started researching. Just basic Google stuff, you know? I read through a bunch of articles and forum posts. It was all pretty general, like “Taurus suns are grounded and practical, Aries moons are fiery and impulsive.” Okay, cool, but how does that actually play out?
My Little Experiment
So, I decided to track my moods and reactions throughout the day. I grabbed a notebook and just jotted down anything that felt significant.
- Morning: I woke up feeling pretty chill (very Taurus, I thought). But then I realized I was out of coffee. Major Aries moon flare-up! I almost threw my mug across the room, I can say, I was angry. Instead, I took a deep breath (Taurus grounding, maybe?) and went to the store.
- Afternoon: Work was… work. Lots of tedious tasks, which usually I can handle (Taurus patience). But today, I felt this restless energy bubbling up. I wanted to start something new, something exciting! I ended up brainstorming ideas for a new project, even though I really should have been finishing my reports.
- Evening: I planned to have a relaxing night in (Taurus again). But then a friend texted me about a last-minute get-together. My initial reaction was “Ugh, no, I’m comfy.” But that Aries moon kicked in, and I found myself saying “Yes!” And you know what? I had a blast.
What I Realized
It’s kind of a push and pull. Like, I have this core of Taurus stability and a love for comfort. But then there’s this Aries fire that pops up and makes me want to do things, take action, be spontaneous. It’s not always a smooth ride, but it’s definitely interesting.
I’m still figuring it all out. This was just one day, after all. But it was a cool little experiment, and it definitely gave me some food for thought. I think I’ll keep tracking and see what else I can learn about this whole sun/moon combo thing.
