Okay, so I’ve been messing around with astrology charts lately, just for fun, you know? And I stumbled upon this “Virgo Sun, Sagittarius Rising” thing and thought, “Hey, that sounds kinda cool, let’s see what’s up.”
First, I opened up one of those free astrology websites. There are a bunch of them, so I just picked one that looked easy enough.
Then, I entered my birth info – date, time, and place. It’s kinda crucial to get the time right, or at least as close as possible, ’cause that’s how they figure out your rising sign. I had to dig out my birth certificate.
- Date: Whatever your birthday is.
- Time: The exact time you were born (or as close as you can get).
- Place: The city and state/country where you were born.
After I put all that in, I hit the “Calculate” button, and boom! There was my chart. It had all these symbols and lines, which honestly looked like a foreign language at first.
I scrolled down to the part that talked about the Sun and Rising signs. And yep, there it was: “Sun in Virgo, Rising in Sagittarius.” That’s the core of what I was looking for.
Then I spent like, a good hour just reading through the descriptions. The Virgo Sun part talked about being analytical, practical, and detail-oriented. It describes some detail of a person.
The Sagittarius Rising part was all about being adventurous, optimistic, and freedom-loving. Sagittarus rising will influnce the person.
I compared the two descriptions. It’s like, the Virgo part is the core personality, and the Sagittarius part is how you come across to other people. How the world sees you, I guess.
Honestly, it was pretty interesting. I’m not saying I’m going to base all my life decisions on this, but it was fun to explore and see if any of it resonated with me. And hey, maybe it gave me a little bit of insight into myself. Maybe not. Still fun, though!
