Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into astrology lately, trying to figure out my whole deal, you know? And I’m a Virgo Sun, Virgo Rising – double the Virgo! I figured I’d document my little experiment to see how this all plays out in real life.

Day 1: The Over-Planner
Started the day with a to-do list, naturally. But this wasn’t just any to-do list. I color-coded it. Groceries were green, work tasks were blue, and personal stuff was orange. I even had sub-lists under the main list items. It felt…good. Really good.
My action is created a to-do list.
- Grocery shopping (green)
- Work project deadline (blue)
- Finish presentation slides
- Send to boss for review
- Workout (orange)
Day 2: The Detail Detective
Today, I noticed everything. The slightly crooked picture frame in the living room, the one loose thread on my sweater, the fact that my coworker used “your” instead of “you’re” in an email. I fixed the frame, snipped the thread, and…well, I resisted the urge to correct my coworker. Baby steps. My action is found and fixed everyting.
Day 3: The “Helpful” Critic
My friend was telling me about a problem she was having, and I immediately jumped in with solutions. Like, a whole spreadsheet of potential solutions. She looked a little overwhelmed. I realized maybe I was being a bit too Virgo. I backtracked and just listened for a while. It was hard. My action is offered a lot of help.
Day 4: The Hermit
I spent the day with clean and tidy.
After a busy few days, today I felt the urge to just…stay home and organize my sock drawer. Seriously. I spent a good hour matching socks and arranging them by color and thickness. It was incredibly satisfying. Don’t judge me.
Day 5: The Anxious Analyzer
Okay, maybe all this Virgo energy isn’t always sunshine and perfectly organized sock drawers. Today, I got stuck in my head, overthinking a conversation I had with my boss. Did I say the right thing? Did I come across as competent? Should I have worn a different shirt? It was exhausting. My action is start think too much.
Day 6: The Practical Problem-Solver
My washing machine broke. Disaster! But instead of panicking, I calmly googled the problem, watched a few repair videos, and…actually fixed it myself! I felt like a total Virgo superhero. Take that, broken appliance! My action is found and fixed the problem.

Day 7: Acceptance (and a Little Bit of Pride)
So, after a week of leaning into my double Virgo-ness, I’ve learned a few things. I’m detail-oriented, sometimes to a fault. I’m a planner, a critic, and a bit of a hermit. But I’m also resourceful, practical, and pretty darn good at fixing things (washing machines and maybe even slightly crooked picture frames). It’s a lot of Virgo, but hey, it’s me. I tried to learn a few thing from this experiment.
