Okay, so, the other day, I had this crazy idea to make an astrology bag. I’m not even that into astrology, but the aesthetic? Totally my jam.

Got the Idea
First off, I needed something to put everything in. So I searched on the internet for some astrology tote bags but most of them were boring. Eventually, I grabbed a plain canvas tote bag I had lying around. I thought it could be a good base to start with, and plus, it was just there, doing nothing.
Figuring Out My Sign
Next, I had to figure out my astrological sign. I mean, I kind of knew it, but I wanted to be sure. I hit up some website, I think it was called *, or something. Turns out I’m a Virgo, which apparently means I’m practical. That’s kinda true, I guess.
Finding Out My Other Signs
Then I discovered that there is something called a “Big Three”. That is Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. Sounds complicated, right? I used another app named Co-Star to check. I simply typed in my birthday, my birth time, and the place I was born. Finally, I got them all.
Decoration Time
Then came the fun part – decorating the bag! I got some fabric markers, stencils with stars and moon shapes, and some glitter glue ’cause why not? I drew out my sign’s symbol, added some constellations, and even wrote out “Virgo” in fancy letters. I made sure to include all my big three symbols.
Adding Some Bling
But it wasn’t enough. I wanted more bling. I found some old necklaces and rings with star shapes and attached them to the bag’s handle. I even glued some shiny beads around the edges to make it pop.
The Final Touches
After letting everything dry, I stepped back to admire my work. It looked pretty cool, if I do say so myself. I even made a little tag that said “Zodiac Gift” and hung it on the bag. Felt like a pro or something.
Showing It Off
I took some pics and shared them with my friends online. They were all like, “Wow, you made that?” It felt good. Even my friend who’s super into astrology was impressed, and she asked me to make one for her as a birthday gift!
What’s Next?
Now I’m thinking of making more, maybe for each of the zodiac signs. It’s a fun little project, and honestly, it’s kind of relaxing. Plus, it’s cool to have something unique that you made yourself. Maybe I should have chosen an Aries bag, a Leo bag, or even a Scorpio bag. But I guess I’ll just start with the Virgo one.
So yeah, that’s the story of my astrology bag. Who knew a simple tote bag could turn into something so… cosmic?
