Okay, so I’ve been messing around with astrology charts lately, and I got really into this sun and moon combinations thing. It’s like, your sun sign is your basic personality, but your moon sign is your inner, emotional self. Putting them together is supposed to give you a more complete picture. I decided to give it a try with my own chart.

First, I needed to figure out my sun and moon signs. I already knew my sun sign – I’m a proud Leo. But I had no clue about my moon sign.
Finding My Moon Sign
- I opened up a web browser.
- I typed “calculate moon sign” into the search bar. Lots of sites popped up.
- I picked one that looked okay – not too many flashing ads or anything.
- I entered my birth date, time, and place. You gotta be pretty specific for this.
- I hit the “calculate” button, and boom! Turns out my moon is in Sagittarius.
Putting It Together
So, Leo sun, Sagittarius moon. Now, I needed to figure out what that actually means.
- I went back to searching and looked up “Leo sun Sagittarius moon.”
- I found a bunch of articles and forum posts about it. Some of them were pretty “woo-woo,” but others seemed more down-to-earth.
- I started reading through the descriptions, skimming for the stuff that resonated.
Apparently, this combo means I’m like, super optimistic and adventurous, but also kinda blunt and restless. I can be dramatic (Leo, duh!), but I also have this deep need for freedom and exploring new things (that’s the Sagittarius). It actually made a lot of sense! Some parts were a little too accurate, it was kind of freaky.
I spent a good hour just reading different interpretations and comparing them to my own life and experiences. I even jotted down some notes in my journal, things I wanted to think about more.
My Takeaway (So Far)
It’s definitely an interesting way to look at personality. I’m not sure how much I believe in all of it, but it did give me some new ways to think about myself and how I react to things. I might even try doing this for some of my friends, just for fun. It’s a cool conversation starter, at least!
